How we collect and use information about you.

When you buy a subscription, magazine, advertisement or item of merchandise, we record your name, postal and/or email address and any telephone number you have given. These are stored on our office system in the UK and may be used to send you the items you have purchased, and to allow us to inform you about relevant future items of interest.

These email lists are only used to inform existing and potential readers of and advertisers in fRoots Magazine of pertinent news about our magazine and its products/promotions that may be of interest to you. Emails sent from these lists will always contain an “Unsubscribe” option which you can use at any time.

We will never pass our mailing lists to third parties unless required to do so by law, or use them for purposes other than stated above..

We do not receive/store credit card information. All our own web site based e-commerce is conducted via PayPal who do not allow us access to this or any other personal details. See PayPal’s own Privacy Policy. We also do not have any access to personal information supplied to Apple or Google for in-App purchases of our digital editions.
